Quality checks run from raw material intake through glazing and firing to final packing, so problems are caught before they reach the carton. Before shipment we carry out AQL pre-shipment inspection using the sampling level agreed in your order, and you can appoint a third-party inspector if you prefer.

For food-contact safety, FDA, LFGB and SGS testing can be arranged on request for the glazes and decoration used on your dinner sets. Test reports are tied to the specific SKU and finish, so confirm the requirement when you place the order.

Packing is part of the QC routine: pieces are checked for chips, glaze defects and warping, then packed in export cartons suited to the shipping method. If you tell us your target market and any retailer requirements up front, we build those checks into the inspection plan.
