Every piece is wrapped individually in bubble wrap and held apart by foam dividers, so ceramics never touch each other in transit. The outer packaging is a reinforced export carton built from high-quality corrugated board.

For large orders or especially fragile items, we can upgrade to wooden crates. Cartons are marked with fragile labels and handling instructions for carriers and warehouse staff.

Packaging is checked with drop and vibration testing to confirm it holds up to international shipping conditions. That testing is what keeps breakage risk low on both sea and air freight.
