Delivery to the USA depends on your shipping method and order type, from stocked goods to custom production runs.
Transit time depends on the method you choose. In-stock orders ship in 7-15 days, and custom orders take 20-35 days after sample approval, before freight time is added. Samples are made in about 7-10 days.
We ship worldwide from partner factories in Jingdezhen, Chaozhou, Liling and Jingshan, using export cartons to protect the goods in transit. OEM and private label are available, and food-contact testing to FDA, LFGB and SGS can be arranged on request.
The minimum order is one piece per SKU with a single USD unit price per item, and AQL pre-shipment inspection is available. Ceramic tableware is classified under HS 6911/6912.
