How long will my teapot order take to produce and ship?

Timing depends on whether you order stock or custom pieces. In-stock orders ship in 7-15 days. Custom orders take 20-35 days after sample approval, which covers production and the quality checks before packing. Samples are made in about 7-10 days, so build that step into your schedule if you need a new design or decoration approved first.

Before dispatch we can run AQL pre-shipment inspection and pack the goods in export cartons. Ceramic tableware falls under HS 6911 and 6912, and we can supply the HS code documentation for your shipment.

We ship worldwide by sea or air freight. MOQ is one piece and each SKU has a single USD unit price, so small trial orders and larger programs can both be quoted clearly.
