Quality control on teapots focuses on what buyers notice first: chips, cracks, glaze defects and overall finish. Each piece is checked before packing, so problems are caught ahead of the carton stage rather than at your warehouse.
Inspections follow AQL standards for visual and dimensional checks, and pre-shipment inspection to AQL can be arranged for your order. Production runs through our partner factories in Jingdezhen, Chaozhou, Liling and Jingshan.
Food-contact testing to FDA, LFGB and SGS standards is available on request. Samples are made in about 7-10 days; in-stock orders ship in 7-15 days, and custom orders take 20-35 days after sample approval. Ceramic tableware ships under HS codes 6911 and 6912 in export cartons.
