AQL pre-shipment inspection covers glaze durability, chip resistance and food-contact safety, with SGS testing available on request.

Every batch of ceramic utensil holders is checked against AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards before it leaves the factory. Inspectors look at glaze durability, chip resistance and food-contact safety, so problems are caught before cartons are sealed for export.
Our partner factories in Jingdezhen, Chaozhou, Liling and Jingshan work with porcelain and bone china, and we can arrange SGS food-contact testing on request. FDA and LFGB testing is also available if your market requires it.
If you want to confirm quality first, a sample can be made in about 7-10 days. In-stock orders then ship in 7-15 days, and custom orders take 20-35 days after sample approval.
