Tell us which SKUs or designs you want to see, and we will confirm the sample arrangement with you. If you are considering custom work, the sample stage is also when shape and glaze direction get locked in, since custom orders run 20-35 days after sample approval.
Samples can be shipped by air so you receive them quickly. Once you approve, in-stock orders ship in 7-15 days, and bulk shipments go out in export cartons with AQL pre-shipment inspection available.
