When you request a sample, tell us the SKU, the ceramic body you prefer and any branding you are considering. OEM and private label work is available, and if your design needs a custom shape or decal, the sample stage is when those details get approved.
Once the sample is signed off, custom orders take 20-35 days. In-stock orders ship in 7-15 days. Goods are packed in export cartons and checked under AQL before dispatch, and food-contact testing such as FDA, LFGB or SGS can be requested for the approved item.
