You can begin with a very small custom mug order: the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. That makes it practical to test a design, check glaze and shape, or prepare a sample for your own client before scaling up.
OEM and private label are available, and we work with partner factories in Jingdezhen, Chaozhou, Liling and Jingshan. Food-contact testing to FDA, LFGB and SGS standards can be arranged on request.
Samples are made in about 7-10 days. Custom orders take 20-35 days after sample approval, while in-stock orders ship in 7-15 days. AQL pre-shipment inspection and export carton packing are part of the process, and ceramic tableware ships under HS codes 6911 and 6912.
