How long does it take to receive a mug order?

Timing depends on whether you order stock or custom mugs. For custom orders, production takes 20-35 days after you approve the sample. Samples themselves are usually made in about 7-10 days, so build that into your schedule before bulk production begins.

If you are ordering mugs we already hold in stock, they typically ship in 7-15 days. That makes stock items a practical option when you need to restock quickly or test a market before committing to a custom run.

Every order can go through AQL pre-shipment inspection and is packed in export cartons. We can quote one single USD unit price per SKU, and OEM or private label options are available if you want your own branding.
