Clay body chips, glaze swatches and print references, so you can compare weight, colour and finish before choosing.

Sample terms

Sample cost depends on clay body, size and print complexity — we quote it before you pay. It is deducted from your first bulk order. Shipping is charged at cost by express.

How long does a sample take?

Stock samples ship in 3–7 days; custom samples are made in about 7–10 days. Express transit is additional and depends on your country.

How much does a sample cost?

The fee depends on clay body, size and decoration. We quote it before payment; it is deducted from your first bulk order.

Can I use my courier account?

Yes. Give us your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and we will ship on your account, or quote freight at cost.

Can you print my logo on the sample?

Yes — send an artwork link and we will make a decal or printed sample to your colours.

Do you refund the sample fee?

The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order; it is not a cash refund.

Can I order more than one sample?

Yes. Most buyers request 1–3 pieces; material and glaze kits can include more swatches.

Can samples ship with my bulk order?

Yes. If timing allows, we can consolidate samples with a bulk shipment to save freight.

Is the sample exactly what I will receive in bulk?

The body, glaze and print are the same. Normal production tolerances for size, colour and finish apply.
