These terms govern your use of chinaporcelainfactory.com and any quotation, sample or wholesale order from YANYAN, a brand operated by Anhui Shengshi Qingtian Information Technology Co., Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
We supply businesses, importers, retailers and hospitality buyers. You confirm that you are authorised to bind your business and that the delivery and billing details you give are accurate. We may ask for business information before accepting an order.
Ceramic tableware is hand-finished. Small differences in size, weight, glaze, colour and decoration between a sample and bulk production are normal and are not defects. Product images and descriptions are indicative; the approved sample and written specification prevail. MOQ is 1 piece and the listed unit price is the same at every quantity unless a written quote says otherwise.
Quotes are valid for the period stated and are based on the specification, quantity, material, finish, packing and freight at that time. Prices may be adjusted if raw-material, energy or exchange-rate costs change before production, or if the specification changes. Unless a DDP quote is agreed, prices exclude import duties, VAT/GST and destination charges.
An order is confirmed when we receive the agreed deposit (normally 30%) and approve the artwork or sample. Production starts after approval. The balance is due before shipment. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Lead times are estimates and may change with order size, finishing and factory capacity.
Delivery terms are stated in the quote (FOB China by default, or DDP on request). Risk passes as set out in the applicable Incoterm. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any damage or shortage promptly with photos and packing details so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or credit where appropriate.
Because much of our production is made to order, we accept returns only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods, and only after authorisation. Contact us before returning anything. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory law.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any artwork, logo or design you send us, and you authorise us to use it to produce your order. We retain ownership of our own designs, moulds, photographs and site content. We will not use your artwork for other customers.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs, transport disruption, shortages or natural events.
